Typickle Pickles LLC Social Media Promoter Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):

  • By participating in this collaboration, you agree not to disclose any confidential information shared by Typickle Pickles LLC, including but not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, product formulations, and marketing plans.

2. Non-Compete Agreement:

  • During the collaboration period and for a period of 30 days afterward, you agree not to promote or endorse any pickle products or brands that directly compete with Typickle Pickles LLC.

3. Legal Compliance:

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing sponsored content, endorsements, and advertising, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for disclosure and transparency in influencer marketing.

4. Content Ownership:

  • All content created as part of the collaboration remains the property of Typickle Pickles LLC. You grant Typickle Pickles LLC the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for marketing and promotional purposes.

5. Authenticity and Integrity:

  • You agree to promote Typickle Pickles products authentically and honestly, ensuring that all statements and representations about the products are accurate and truthful.

6. Review and Approval:

  • Before posting any content related to Typickle Pickles products, you agree to submit the content for review and approval by Typickle Pickles LLC. Typickle Pickles LLC reserves the right to request modifications or revisions to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency.

7. Termination of Collaboration:

  • Typickle Pickles LLC reserves the right to terminate the collaboration at any time if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or if your actions are deemed detrimental to the reputation or interests of Typickle Pickles LLC.

8. Billing for Non-Collaboration:

  • In the event that the collaboration does not occur due to reasons attributable to the social media promoter, including failure to meet the requirements outlined in these terms and conditions or failure to proceed with the collaboration as agreed upon, Typickle Pickles LLC reserves the right to invoice the social media promoter for any expenses incurred in preparation for the collaboration, including but not limited to product samples, shipping costs, and administrative fees. The social media promoter agrees to pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt.

  • Promotional posts should be made within 30 days of receiving approval from Typickle Pickles LLC. Any deviations from this timeframe should be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
