Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (preferably a mix of chuck and sirloin)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips

Typickle Burgers

For the Burger Toppings:

  • 4 burger buns (preferably brioche or pretzel buns)
  • 4 slices of cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
  • Arugula or baby spinach leaves
  • Sliced red onions
  • Tomato slices
  • Additional Typickle Dill Pickle Chips

For the Typickle Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips. Gently mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty slightly larger than the burger buns.
  3. Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness (for medium-rare, cook to an internal temperature of 130-135°F or 55-57°C).
  5. Just before removing the burgers from the heat, place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
  6. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Typickle sauce by combining the mayonnaise, finely chopped Typickle Dill Pickle Chips, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
  7. Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  8. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of Typickle sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cheese-topped burger patty on top of the sauce.
  9. Top the patty with arugula or baby spinach leaves, sliced red onions, tomato slices, and a few additional Typickle Dill Pickle Chips for added crunch and flavor.
  10. Place the top bun over the fillings to complete the Typickle Burgers.
  11. Serve the Typickle Burgers immediately while they are still warm and enjoy the gourmet twist of Typickle flavors!
